Following this course you will be able to:
- Describe the epidemiology and clinical burden of CKD-aP, including its impact on morbidity, QoL, and healthcare utilisation.
- Explain the underlying pathophysiological mechanisms of CKD-aP and dispel common misconceptions that may hinder timely diagnosis or effective management.
- Critically appraise current and emerging treatment strategies for CKD-aP, including their evidence base, clinical indications, and limitations.
- Apply routine screening practices and implement patient-centred care approaches to improve the recognition and management of CKD-aP in diverse healthcare settings.
